Just the other day I was telling one of my guyfriends how impossible it is to carry off straw hats in uni. I've seen people blog about themselves wearing them in this country but.. i still cant picture myself ever wearing it over for classes. And neither can I picture myself in these headwear found over at Prance and Swagger

유인나 Yu In-Ha
Can't stop thinking of the girl from Brian Joo's In My Head, so i decided to google her.. and found out some valuable info..

Apparently her name is Yu In-Ha and she's an actress.. she's going to be 28 this year.. she's born on the 5th of June 1982.. okay that was as much as I was able to understand on the Korean > English translation shit.

So me and my friend were at the computer lab in uni perving on her.. in a non-bi way.. i mean she's like SERIOUSLY pretty. probably one of the prettiest girls I've ever seen. like in a way she could pass off as one of SNSD members cause she doesn't look 28, and probably prettier than some, if not all of the members. I mean she's doesn't have the whole cutesy thing going on, she's just like.. naturally pretty.. though I don't understand why Koreans have to make all that cute face thing and tie their hair into two pigtails.. ok nvm..
Pictures! i had to search them using her Korean initials..

some Maxim Korea stuff

here comes the ones where I don't understand why they have to change the way she already looks, which is beautiful. its not ugly but, the natural ones were wayy better.

and the last bits of beautiful images i found

ok, really too lazy already, just view the rest from this set on my photobucket if you want.
seriously hate image hosting with korean words on the url zzz..
also found the teaser for the MV Brian Joo - In My Head
don't think some scenes from the teaser is in the mv

good food, good boys
just this friday i was out with a bunch of friends @ Mid Val and we had Madam Kwan's for the lunch. My first time going there since my parents were a bit skeptical of their pricing range. But to be honest, well it is pricey but i'm pretty sure if you can afford eating at Nando's, TSF, or Kenny Rogers, it should be okay for you. Initially we wanted to go to Little Penang but then when we reached there, the sign read "Open 4.30pm." and we were like "ookay.." cause the workers were walking around the store and stuff.
Ok so nvm, we'll try Madam Kwan's and boy was it delish! My friend said she preferred Little Penang but i think i like Mdm Kwan's better. :)
First time blogging about food here, haha. Makes me think that I should start a food blog or something, don't ya think? Everyone seems to have one of these "food blogs" these days, even my friends are thinking of starting their own ones. Should I?
Haha, i don't think so la. With already two personal blogs to watch over, not including those little tiny forums and sites which i in turn also have to maintain not only for myself, but for my friend as well.. no time la
No can do, since I'm also thinking over if i want to start my own blogshop, hopefully this year. Too much to think, and im also studying.
Student, fashionista, airhead, businesswoman, lawyer wannabe, personal shopper, stylist for my peers, blogger extraordinaire, cannot la.. going to pengsan.
Okok, so we were there at Mdm Kwan's and back to the food please.
My friend ordered Char Kuey Teow, and the other one ordered Asam Laksa and the other one.. went for lunch with her boy, so not counted hehe.. I on the other hand, had Nasi Lemak. yea la, first time at the store must try the common Malaysian food.. plus it was at the top of the menu, so must be pretty popular. and popular means it has a higher chance of tasting good, right?

Char Kuey Teow - RM 15-16

Nasi Lemak - RM 14.90
my nasi lemak looks really good right. complemented with acar and some santan sprinkles by the side :)

Asam Laksa - RM 12.90
sorry la, all these not my pics, i'm not the type who snaps everything wherever i go. plus i ain't got one of those fancy camera's everyone's having now, so sad.
Drinks: lol. one had teh tarik, the other had ice lemon tea and i had.. nothing. shit i saw the price of the soft drinks.. RM 6 or RM 8. wth lol should i just drop by Jusco which is like 2 floors down and get mine for RM 1.50?
the bill total was RM 63+, almost 64. i paid RM 25 for my lunch wtf all because some people who can afford topshop beanies for RM63 and nuts but can't pay their own meals properly. my meal costs Rm 14.90 la zzz. why throw down RM 20 when your meal costs RM 21 and that's not including sales and service tax. no offence la. want to buy your Armani's but can't pay nuts for your hunger?
Ok so anyway, nonsense aside, can't help but notice the boy waiters over at Mdm Kwan's haha. we're getting lots of attention by them. maybe we girls are just good looking lol. or maybe it was my friends, oh well, still eye candy, won't complain :)
but seriously, those boys are something ya know, not the same boy u find in your uni class. i think if i had them in my class, i wouldn't have to be so sleepy everyday..
that day i also had a cup of juice from Juice Works.. my Super Star! i ♥♥♥ sour stuffies. ah, and the same boy i saw working in front of the Juice Works stall back in December when i was working is still there. I smiled at him and he smiled back. wonder if he still remembers me :x
and speaking of eye candy, CNY came up. I just noticed some of the boys on my dad's side are pretty good looking also wei, not bad, not bad :) too bad la, related. :(
and eye candy brings me to this. some piccas i found. ♥

robbbb.. :)

idk who this guy is.. Steven? something.

Hayden!
ok, stop drooling ~_~
i am. so. random. :x
so back to food. i just wanna say that i am so going back to Madam Kwan's haha. good food, good times la

the next time imma try this nasi bojari (RM21). almost everyone seems to be enjoying this one. mummy daddy pay ma. lol
just some reviews you can refer to Strawberry Gal, masak masak, My Wise Wife, Samlee
or you can always type Madam Kwan's into google search with additional keywords like their branch or individual food items to go with it :)
